Here's a scary thought:

1.

Humans have only found our first "Exoplanet" about 30 years
ago. At this point we're finding them all the time, and
from greater and greater distances...

2.

It's VASTLY easier to detect aliens on other worlds than it
would be to find any that landed here.

Modern science doesn't search for flying saucers. They are
looking at the light.

See, different elements/molecules absorb light differently.
So they can actually detect what they call "Biosignatures"
in the atmospheres of distant world by just analyzing the
light.

Life is different from non life. So you look for elements
(molecules) which are associated with life, and if you find
them chances are you found life.

You found a great candidate world...

NOTE: There's also Technosignatures, in addition to
biosignatures. These would be things associated with a
post industrialized civilization -- things would should
not appear in nature in an appreciable amount....

3.

The earth has been signaling the galaxy with our Biosignatures
for BILLIONS of years.

I usually like to put the start date at around 2 billion years.
It's not really the "Start" but it's the point where life had
changed the atmosphere to such an extant as to oxidize minerals,
produce "Rocks" and of course touch off a mass extinction event.

If any alien civilization is just as advanced as we are and
began looking for exoplanets & life on the same day we started
then, so long as they are within 100 light years from us, they
that we're hear.

They're looking at, say, 100 year old light so they're going
to see our Biosignatures... and our Technosignatures...

In theory they could be 2 billion light years away and see us,
as we've been producing Biosignatures for that long, and
technically a hell of a lot longer...

Thus...

If alien civilizations exist then one or more already know
we are here.

Well. At the very least they know that the Earth is hosting
life. They know that the earth is a prime candidate world, and
super worthy of any scientific investigation...

Isn't that creepy?

It's not our TV broadcasts, which people lie and tell you
they could be detected. No, sorry, they'd be so stretched out
and degraded that even if they were recognized as signals, and
not noise, they'd be unreadable gibberish. No, it's not any
signals that tell them where we are, it's our biology.

It heresy here on the Clown World, living in WokeTopia but,
life changes the earth and always has. Life has altered the
planet from the beginning. And this breakdown, this realization
that changes to the earth, by life, have been happening for
billions of years, and can be detected (even by our 30 year old
science) over 100 light years away... aliens can see life on
earth altering the atmosphere, and could do this for billions
of years.

But the people we've surrendered our thinking it, here in
WokeTopia, insist that MAN! BAD! and CHANGE! BAD! when in
fact change has never not occurred in the entire history of
life.

So that's creepy too: The idea that the self imposed elite
have such control over you that they can force you to believe
an idiotic narrative...
